Based on 2 hours for 25 person
Use of meeting room as well as exclusive use of breakfast area (2 hour), $3 per person or Minimum $75.00 ( whichever is higher will be charged) + $25.00 cleanup fees if party/meeting is with any food whether brought from home or is ordered from out side or served by us. For any additional time an hourly rate of $35.00 + taxes will be charged.
For birthday party or for adult party with alcohol permit we reserve the right to cancel the party at any moment without any responsibility of personal injury or refund if the party or function goes wild and there is a threat of damage or personal injury.
