Hotel Policies

Check-in time is 03:00pm

Check-out time is 11:00am

There is baggage storage available for early or late arrivals and/or departures.

If late check-out is required, please contact the front desk before 11:00am. If it is possible to stay later, the charge of $10.00 + taxes per hour after 11:00 am will be applied. Any check-outs after 03:00 pm will be subject to one night charge.

Guest Registration & Deposit Policy: Upon check-in, all guests are required to present a credit card with proper photo identification. Credit cards are charged for an amount to cover room and taxes in full for the entire stay.  If a guest would like to pay by cash or debit card, the guest will be charged for an amount to cover room and taxes for the entire stay, plus the amount of $150.00 (refundable deposit) for possible incidental charges. No cheques will be accepted at any time.

Cancellation/No Show Policy: Reservations must be canceled  48 hours prior to the arrival date  to avoid the first night room and taxes charge to your credit card.

Early Departure Policy: A one night room and taxes will be charged to any reservations that check-out prior to the original departure date. The charge may be avoided by providing a minimum 24 hour notice of the departure change date.

Rates: All rates are based on availability and subject to change without notice.

Special Requests: At the time of booking, reservation agents can only confirm a specific room type. Unfortunately, we can not confirm room numbers and/or location of the guest room. If you have any special requirements, please request them at the time of booking. We will make every effort to accommodate your request on the date of arrival if possible.

Smoking/Damage to Rooms: Smoking is NOT permitted in the non-smoking guest rooms. Any damage and/or missing items to any hotel room or suite  or smoking in the room by anybody in your room will be charged to the registered guest’s credit card. Damage and/or missing items will be billed at the applicable rate. Evidence of smoking in a non-smoking hotel or suite will result in a $150.00 + taxes cleaning charge.

Extra Person Policy: Rates are based on a two person occupancy. When more than two people occupy a room there is an extra charge of $15.00 + taxes per person per night. (Children under the age of 12 are free and must be accompanied by an adult.)

Rollaway Beds/Cots and Cribs: $10.00 + taxes will apply for either.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed to be accompanied by the owner in a smoking room. The cleaning charge of $10.00 + taxes per pet per night is applied. Please see “FAQ” on our website.

Visitors Policy: No visitors allowed after 11:00 PM. Under special circumstances an exception can be arranged with the front desk. Please see “Extra Person Policy”.No phone calls transfer to any guest after 11.00PM

MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT ANY TYPE OF ROOM!

Our pool, hot tub and sauna facility is closed from Jan 1, 2011 for indefinite period.  If your reservation is based on use of these facilities please contact the Hotel to cancel your reservation or simply email us on your confirmation number/ or and  first name, last name and telephone number.


Travelling with a pet?

Pets with Permission (must be approved by the Motel Management).Superior Inn can accommodate guests with pets. Please note that all guests with pets will be placed in either a Smoking Approved Room or Smoking Approved Suite subject to availability. When making your reservation, please mention that you will be bringing your pet as there is an extra charge for each animal. It is best to call ahead when traveling with your pet to our facility to guarantee that you and your pet can be properly accommodated.

Here are a few tips to help you and your pet during a visit:

  1. Never leave your pet unattended. It may cause anxiety for your pet and damage to your room. Examples of damage include but not limited to: scratching of doors or furniture, biting or chewing items in your room and common areas, and elimination. Accompanying your pet at all times will reduce the likelyhood of your pey bitting or scratching hotel staff, guests or other service providers.
  2. Please bring a dish for food and water.
  3. Please keep your pet on a leash at all times when not in your room.
  4. Please be prepared to clean up after your pet both inside and outside the hotel. Waste containers outside of the building have been provided for this purpose. Plastic bags are available upon request.
  5. Please keep pets off of the beds and furniture. Sharp nails and scent glands can damage these items.
  6. Please kennel your pet at night.
  7. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially during the early morning and evening hours.
  8. Bring along a favorite toy to provide familiarity, comfort and amusement.
  9. Bring along a treat for good behavior.
  10. Take your pet on walks or spend quality time together. This will promote the above.
